Dear Earthlings,

I just came across a song I had not yet heard by LENA ANDERSSEN

a brilliant songstress and friend of mine. When she sang these words, the artistic synchronicity with what I had written years ago blew me away. It's so cool to see another artist I respect so much coming up with the same outlook on something.

These words are from Lena's song "20 STEPS FROM MY HOUSE" (Anderssen/Johannesen)

The circle and the square

Her words beautifully mirror the middle stanza of my poem "THE CIRCLE."

The circle is a common thing,
Yet a perfect thing to me.
Free from points and jagged edges,
It's my favourite shape to see.

A spinning circle stays the same;
A spinning square becomes its twin.

The line of the circle knows no end.
It travels its path again and again.
That's perfect patience, it seems to me:
But I am human; the circle is free.
