Must you go on
About periods and commas?

Keep it up any longer,
And you could cure
The victim of a coma,
Who would arise from sleep
To sneak
Out of this room
Worse than a tomb.

And, unaware of your miracle,
You would go on and on
About Standard Written English,
Hoping to extinguish
Ignorance from the world,
While, ironically, you create
A plague of insomnia.

Your incessant babble
Wakes the dead
And puts the living to sleep.
