Dear Earthlings,

DADDY KETCHEN (my brother) has created some really cool Electronica music,

Thanks very much.

Now, on to today's poem. I'm way behind in producing
"ABRAXIA THE DANCER"
(my latest book of poems). I have a D.P. (Doctor of
Procrastination). Anyway, the concept of the book
will be a series of poems all inspired by Abraxia,
a fictitious name I've given to a very real female
friend I once had an unrequited crush on. She inspired
at least 20 poems, so I figured I'd collect them
together to show how much one soul can impact another.
"Eventually" it will be in your hands (if you buy it, of course ;-)

So, here is one of the many poems inspired by my love for Abraxia. Enjoy.

You give me too many things.
I don't want things.
I'm drowning in your affection for me.
I want you to be thingless
When you come to me.
I want to see you,
Not your products,
Not your creations,
Not your poems.

You give me too much of your heart
And try to manufacture love for you in mine.
But I regret to inform you,
You're not licensed to work in my factory of emotions.

You give me too many things.
I don't want things.
Be thingless when you come to me.

Then, maybe things with us can happen--
As friends,
As friends,
As friends.
