"ONE PLUS ONE"
I've been wrong before;
I'll be wrong again.
You say seven, I say ten.
I'm wrong again;
I was before.
You say ten, I say four.
The day soon comes,
The day I see
One plus one can't equal three;
Just you and me.

Tad's Note: This poem used to be titled "THE MATHEMATICS OF YOU AND ME," but I've decided to put together a booklet of my poems with that title. I have other mathematical love poems I will also include in it. "ONE PLUS ONE" is the new title of this poem, because I don't like having title poems in my books. I prefer a unique title for each collection and each poem.
